1. General Policy

This policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds for services provided on the Bhumikaa platform. Our goal is to be transparent and fair to all our users. By purchasing a subscription or a one-time service, you agree to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.

2. Subscription Services (e.g., Seller Plus, Buyer Plus)

Cancellation: You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time through your account settings. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period (monthly, quarterly, or yearly).

Effect of Cancellation: After cancellation, you will continue to have access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be charged for subsequent cycles.

Refunds: Subscription fees are pre-paid and are non-refundable. We do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for any unused portion of your subscription period. For example, if you cancel a monthly subscription halfway through the month, you will not be refunded for the remaining two weeks but can continue using the service until the month ends.

3. One-Time Purchases (e.g., Listing Boosts)

Nature of Service: One-time purchases, such as a 'Featured Listing' or 'Boost', are digital services that provide immediate and temporary benefits (e.g., increased visibility).

Refunds: Due to the immediate and intangible nature of these services, all one-time purchases are final and non-refundable once the service has been activated. We cannot offer refunds or credits for these purchases.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis only in the event of a significant platform error or a technical issue that prevents you from using the purchased service. Eligibility for such a refund is at the sole discretion of Bhumikaa's support team.

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions directly from your user dashboard by navigating to your Settings.
